1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging any service offered by Koreway Business Consulting ("Koreway," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

2. Services

Koreway Business Consulting provides business consulting services including, but not limited to, marketing strategy, employee retention, morale building, leadership training, environment analysis, and financial education. The scope of services for each engagement is defined at the time of booking and confirmed prior to the session.

Services are delivered via video conferencing or in-person sessions as agreed. Session availability is limited to scheduled hours (1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM MST) unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the delivery of any consulting session or presentation. Accepted payment method is Money Order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing for individual services ranges from $150 to $550 USD depending on the service selected, as listed on our Services page.

Failure to submit payment prior to the scheduled session may result in cancellation of the appointment without refund of any deposit or reservation fee.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a session must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit any payment already submitted. Koreway reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when doing so.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the property of Koreway Business Consulting and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Koreway.

Materials shared during consulting sessions are for the client's personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Koreway Business Consulting provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any advice, strategy, or information provided. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific results are guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koreway Business Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any advice provided. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during consulting engagements. Information disclosed by clients during sessions will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials shared by Koreway as confidential.
