Hello, my name is Tahan Cooke, and I am the founder and creator of Koreway Business Consulting. I’ve always known in my heart that I wanted to start a business—one that didn’t follow the crowd on the internet promoting MLMs, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, or similar models. While those business models can be great, I wanted to do something different—something that could truly make a difference and help people, businesses, and even corporations on a broader scale.
I set out to provide a service that is genuinely needed in the business world—one that offers real value, applicable to any business model. My goal was to deliver creative, detailed, and strategic information and training. That vision led to the creation of Koreway Business Consulting.

For the longest time, I believed that every company or business should always strive to improve—working toward excellence in every area and committing to continuous self-improvement. That belief inspired me to begin my own journey, grounded in these same principles.

With that vision, I sat down to create, develop, and write the foundational principles of Koreway Business Consulting: a marketing and training system specifically designed to offer a blueprint, guideline, or platform for small businesses, startups, and service-based companies to grow and promote their businesses effectively. Providing up-to-date, relevant employee retention strategies to help companies retain loyal, reliable, and hardworking employees—rather than constantly losing them—was a critical piece of this mission.
